Who Are We
Incorporated under The Companies Act,1956 on 19th May 2017. Obtained NBFC-MFI registration certificate from Reserve Bank of India on 12th Feb 2018. Started its commercial operations with effect from 24th March 2018.
The Authorised, issued, and Paid-up capital of the company is Rs.500 lakhs fully subscribed by around 37 shareholders including one corporate company. Around 95% of the shareholders are from both salaried class and retired in service.
Areas of operations – Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Kancheepuram, Kuchanur, Madurai, Nagercoil, Puducherry, Salem, Sivagangai, Srivanjiyam, Tenkasi, Tirchendur, Tirunelveli & Tuticorin.
